Required Skills: •Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium sized client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects. •Delegate assignments to staff, instruct and monitor progress, and review work product for completeness and accuracy. •Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data. •Design and generate client deliverables and make valuable contributions to expert reports. Manage client relationships and communicate results and work product as appropriate. •Prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines. •Participate in group practice meetings, contribute to business development initiatives and office functions such as staff training and recruiting. •Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions. Qualifications: •BS/BA with a focus in quantitative analytics (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related field; •6+ years of prior professional experience in data analytics;  prior experience in healthcare/litigation consulting is highly preferred. •Experience in disputes & investigations or healthcare research and/or analysis is highly preferred. •A minimum of 2 years of experience in a team environment, supervising and managing team members is required. •Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in either SQL or R at an advanced level is required; Proficiency in additional programming languages ( Python, STATA, SAS, etc.) is considered a plus.
