Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. •Digital Education & Program Management •Lead the planning and execution of ACP’s virtual programming, including POWERCASTS, webinars and digital education components of select in-person conferences and events. •Own program timelines and deliverables from initial planning through execution and follow-up, coordinating across internal teams to ensure programs remain on schedule and issues are addressed early. •Interface directly with ACP subject matter experts to translate program priorities, industry developments and timely topics into relevant educational programming. •Manage the full speaker and panelist process, including invitations, onboarding, agreements, program materials, rehearsals and day-of support. •Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, senior staff, member company representatives and external speakers participating in programs, providing clear communication, anticipating needs and ensuring they are prepared for successful participation.
