Required Skills: •The Manager, User Guide Strategy and Operations serves as a senior leader within the user guide function and is responsible for portfolio ownership, people leadership, delivery execution, and operational excellence across a portfolio of Omnipod products and programs. •Insulet is on a mission to simplify life for people living with diabetes. As we continue to scale globally, we are investing in a world-class User Experience organization that delivers clear, accessible, intuitive, and effective product experiences across the Omnipod ecosystem. •Own user guide strategy and execution for a portfolio of Omnipod products and programs. •Serve as the primary user guide lead within that portfolio for product teams, programs, and external partners. •Ensure instructional content readiness for regulatory submissions, product releases, and commercial launches. •Lead and develop a team of senior individual contributors and contract technical writers. •Manage workload allocation, content quality, and delivery expectations. •Provide coaching and editorial leadership to ensure consistency and excellence across content deliverables. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Writing, English, Content Strategy, UX, Health, or a similar field from an accredited four-year university.
