Assesses training program and instructional effectiveness and summarizes evaluation reports determining the impact of training on team member skills and how it affects KPIs. •Partners with key stakeholders and liaises with subject matter experts regarding training and implementation. •Maintains a keen understanding of adult learning, training, and education trends, developments, and best practices.
