Ability to do RCA research and track trends to find and effectively implement changes to processes within the organization and outside. •Provide executive level presentations and deliver project updates to leadership. •Demonstrated capacity to be flexible with operational needs and re-prioritize as necessary; comfortable with research, storyboarding and providing succinct overview(s) to leadership on simple to complex matters. •Facilitate time and attendance management for assigned staff, including tracking, auditing, and reconciliation, while ensuring adequate coverage to maintain 24/7 operational support.
