Hiring: Manager: Student Recruitment Company: Mayer Brown Location: Charlotte, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:59:42 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : CV, Microsoft Office, Program Management About the job Experience: •Minimum of three years of law firm or five years of professional services firm recruiting experience, required Required Skills: •Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment of entry level associates, summer associates, judicial law clerks, and transactional fellows •Strategic Partnership: Work directly with hiring partners, recruiting committees, practice leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies aligned with business goals. This includes leading US recruitment initiatives and projects set forth by the Assistant Director of Student Recruitment •Program Management: Design and manage the summer associate programs in Charlotte and Washington, DC, including onboarding, orientation, training, mentoring, work assignments, social events, evaluations, and the offer process •Brand Ambassador: Collaborate with marketing to enhance the firm’s employer brand through compelling promotional materials, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach •Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting, leveraging technology and analytics to drive continuous improvement •Budget Oversight: Manage local recruitment and summer program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources •Integration & Onboarding: Coordinate the pre-arrival and onboarding process for summer associates and judicial law clerks ensuring a seamless transition and successful integration into the firm •Staff Management: Manage student recruitment team member and other team members on projects and initiatives.
