Drive transaction timelines and keep financings moving from term sheet through financial close. •Diligence & Data Room Management: Own the diligence process for active transactions, including organizing and maintaining data rooms, responding to lender and investor information requests, and coordinating diligence workstreams across internal teams and advisors. •Structuring & Negotiation Support: Support capital stack design and transaction structuring, balancing project economics, tax efficiency, risk allocation, and bankability. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact in negotiations and manage transaction-level communication with lenders, equity investors, tax equity providers, and strategic partners. •Cross-Functional Integration & Risk Management: Coordinate closely with Engineering, Development, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Asset Management to ensure projects are financeable, accurately modeled, and operationally executable. Flag and help resolve execution risks that could impact closing timelines or transaction quality. •Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models supporting capital stack analysis and transaction structuring. Ensure clean and complete handoff of closed transactions to Portfolio Management, including documentation and compliance requirements. Qualifications: •Strong technical understanding of project finance debt, tax equity, and capital stack structuring, with the ability to support financial modeling and structuring analysis •Demonstrated ability to manage diligence processes, data rooms, and documentation workstreams across multiple concurrent transactions •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, technical environment •Fervo Energy is headquartered in Houston, TX with growing offices in the Oakland, CA, Golden, CO, Reno, NV and Salt Lake City, UT.
