Required Skills: •Define the growth strategy for the Delivery Self Serve merchant acquisition and engagement engine •Drive execution of strategic initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc, to deliver a best in class self-serve experiences for Uber merchants •Harness your analytical skills to monitor performance and uncover actionable insights that shape strategy and drive decision-making •Partner with Product to drive automation and enhancement of the end-to-end self-serve experience. Represent the voice of the customer with insights based on merchant research and feedback. Drive continuous alignment between tech and business priorities •Work closely with Marketing to define success criteria, targeting requirements, and ROI methodology to inform digital acquisition and engagement campaigns, optimizing funnel efficiency and retention Qualifications: •6+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Strategy Consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes in high-velocity B2B or consumer-facing business units. •Exceptional analytical skills; must be highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of using data to drive business decisions. •Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams. •Resilience and adaptability-the ability to thrive in dynamic, unstructured environments with a "get-it-done" attitude. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. •Analytical thinker, with experience using data to drive business decisions •Prior experience partnering closely with Tech teams to inform strategic roadmaps and review PRDs •Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating a line of business and understanding how to drive growth •Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders Compensation: •$162,000 per year •$180,000 per year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
