Required Skills: •Direct safety programs for the site. •Recommend the design and implementation of new programs to minimize company losses due to accidents and measure program effectiveness. •Lead compliance with OSHA regulations and the Tyson Foods Ergonomic Program. •Inspect machinery, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements. •Maintain OSHA files and supporting documentation. •Accompany OSHA inspectors during plant inspections. •Regularly inspect and review plant operations to ensure compliance of all permits, operations, and equipment with state and federal regulations. •Report potential violations and recommend corrective actions as needed. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
