As the Manager, you run the department's daily operation, leading a team of Sr. Supervisors across Processing, Trims, Prep, Sewing, Shipping, and Waders across two shifts, and partnering with the Repairs Sr. Manager regularly. •Leading the team •Create an environment where everyone can learn from mistakes, voice their opinions, and feel safe asking questions. •Listen actively and communicate transparently — be fully present in 1:1s and team meetings, share the "why" behind decisions, and close the loop on questions and commitments. •Guide, inspire, direct, and hold team members and leaders accountable consistently with company guidelines, and recognize outstanding performance. Qualifications: •Deeply passionate and committed to saving our home planet. •Thrives in an environment with ample autonomy, is team-oriented, and works well with little supervision. •Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a strong attention to detail. •Handles sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism •Skilled at dealing with ambiguity.
