Required Skills: •Direct and oversee remediation projects in compliance with NJDEP regulations. Ensuring all phases—from Preliminary Assessment (PA) to Remedial Action (RA)—strictly adhere to NJDEP standards. •Use professional judgment to issue Response Action Outcomes (RAOs), the final sign-off for a site's remediation. •Plan, coordinate, and manage field investigation and remedial activities. •Oversee subcontractors and remediation contractors. •Interpret environmental data and develop practical, defensible remedial strategies. •Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submissions. •Develop proposals, scopes of work, and detailed cost estimates. •Client & Staff Leadership Qualifications: •BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline. •Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). •Strong working knowledge of ASTM E1527-21, NJDEP Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E), Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (N.J.A.C. 7:26C) •Proven project management capability including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. •Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills. •OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current refreshers. •We know that great work happens when people feel supported both on and off the job.
