Hiring: Manager, Provider Onboarding Company: Endeavor Health Location: Skokie, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 17:13:56 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Credentialing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project Management About the job Experience: •3+ years of supervisory or management experience •5+ years of clinical and/or Healthcare Operations experience •2+ years of experience in working with HR Systems Required Skills: •Build, lead, coach and provide on-going feedback to direct reports and the organization to build capability. •Manage the Provider On-Boarding Team in accordance with Endeavor Health Medical Group (EHMG) policies and applicable laws/regulations, monitoring work procedures and expediting workflow, issuing written and oral instruction. •Lead and oversee the development, communication and continuous improvement of a repeatable onboarding execution model that leverages project management principles, to be leveraged by the EHMG Provider On-Boarding team. •Lead and oversee building team capability and capacity that is aligned with project management principles, ensuring a standardized and consistent approach for providing transparency and timely communication of progress of onboarding initiatives. •Ensure optimal efficiency in the transition of candidates and transferring providers who have received written offers and are ready to start the on-boarding process, ensuring timely response rates, and meeting customer service expectations. •Partner with and direct elements of the on-boarding process including the Credentialing Verification Office (CVO) process ensuring efficient turn around with accurate results relative to job requirements. •Delegate the scheduling and attendance of the new provider employee health appointments. •Direct and verify the timely uploading of new provider documents by HR Coordinators and automated systems into the document management system, ensuring compliance with EHMG policy and applicable regulation.
