Required Skills: •The following position is to serve as a Manager as part of DENSO’s North America Production Control Engineering (NAPCE) department. NAPCE serves DENSO’s North America Group Companies in support of Production Control & Logistics operations and systems. •Oversee operations analysis to identify areas where the user and/or system can be improved. Identify best practices for standard jobs in North America with a focus to strengthen weak areas. •Identify training opportunities and system improvements required to share the best practice across DENSO North American plants. •Create and maintain user documentation (e.g. user manuals, training documents, etc.) for North America Production Control and Logistics operations and systems. •Conduct user training to improve user knowledge and maximize the users’ ability to effectively use the systems and processes. •Study user jobs within DENSO MRP system, gather user requirements and create detailed user specifications that will be used by Information Systems (IS). •Develop detailed test plans and compete testing to confirm IS development was correct, report and problem solve any issues. •Interface directly with all North America DENSO Plants on implementations to prevent impact.
