This role owns the success of both the product and the team behind it — balancing hands-on technical leadership with the day-to-day realities of managing, coaching, and growing a high-performing engineering team. •You'll partner closely with Product to keep priorities aligned, drive quality practices across the team, and stay active in the codebase so you can lead by example, not just by title. If you enjoy solving hard technical problems just as much as helping engineers solve their own career puzzles, this role was built for you. •This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. •If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected.
