Required Skills: •Direct oversight of procurement and supply chain team members, as assigned. •Functional leadership across project teams for procurement-related activities. •Influence across Engineering, Quality, Construction, Commercial, Project Controls, Commissioning, Legal, and partner stakeholders. •Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline. •SCMP, CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or equivalent certification considered an asset. •Training or experience related to nuclear procurement, supplier quality, NQA-1, ASME, export control, or contract management considered an asset. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience supporting project-based procurement across development, validation, execution, and closeout phases. •In-depth knowledge of procurement lifecycle within EPC or project-based delivery models, including supplier qualification, sourcing, contracting, award, expediting, logistics, change management, and closeout. •Knowledge of nuclear quality requirements and regulatory expectations, including CSA N299, ASME, NQA-1, supplier quality records, inspection requirements, and applicable client requirements considered an asset. •Strong commercial, negotiation, contract management, supplier oversight, risk management, and claims management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to operate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment with project site, office, supplier, vendor, fabrication, and partner interfaces. •Travel required for supplier audits, site coordination, fabrication oversight, client or partner meetings, and project support. •Extended hours may be required to support project milestones. •Demonstrates accountability, integrity, ethical procurement practices, strong commercial judgment, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. •Builds strong relationships across internal teams, external suppliers, partners, subcontractors, and clients. •Champions nuclear safety culture, regulatory compliance, procurement governance, and right-first-time supplier performance.
