You will be responsible for defining strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful client outcomes across complex implementations and advisory engagements. •Support overall FIS objectives and revenue and profitability goals •Define and execute consulting strategy, including team structure, service offerings, and market-aligned solutions •Oversee consulting engagements to ensure high client satisfaction, loyalty, and delivery excellence •Manage practice financials, including forecasting, profit and loss, and performance reporting to senior leadership Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or equivalent combination of education and experience •Typically, at least 10 years' experience with system upgrades, software implementations, private equity, and/or consulting delivery •Strong financial, operational, and project management skills •Demonstrated capacity to advise and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders •Analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills •Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory environments, and risk management •Adaptability, ethical judgment, and commitment to continuous improvement •Willingness to travel at least 10% •Relevant certifications or demonstrated expertise preferred •Proven consulting leadership and practice management experience Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
