Required Skills: •: Will directly oversee the Press and Pre-press operators. •: Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility Qualifications: •Minimum of 4 years of print production management experience •Extensive hands-on knowledge of Offset Printing, Digital Printing, and Large Format Printing •In-depth knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and process optimization •Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills •Demonstrated capacity to balance operational demands with people leadership and quality standards •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. •Demonstrated capacity to write routine reports and correspondence. May require the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. •Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task. •Extensive knowledge of and detailed computer program skills related to all large format pre-press and press activities.
