Hiring: Manager- Pole Administration (Hybrid Schedule) Company: Eversource Energy Location: Springfield, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:23:52 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management About the job Experience: •Minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years of related experience is required. •A minimum of five (5) years of experience in distribution or transmission engineering and operations is preferred. •Supervisory and leadership experience is required. •Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. •Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary. Required Skills: •Supervises and manages the coordination of activities between internal and external stake holders, Eversource engineering & construction forces, other attachers and joint owner, both external parties, for successful execution of single pole administration. •Supervises and manages requests for third party attachments. This includes qualifying companies and processing of licensing fees. •Engage in productive and positive negotiations with outside companies as necessary to resolve agreement issues. •Oversees the coordination of the shifting of equipment on poles and remove double poles in an expedient manner and provides reporting to DPU as needed. •Manages billing and payment of application fees, recurring rental fees, Joint Line Billing, and Make Ready/true up fees. •Performs duties associated with system administration, such as user administrator functions and data quality checks pertaining to Single Pole attachments records system. •Manages the preparation of documents and reports for DPU as needed to report on performance of response to single pole administration. •Manages, tracks and reviews cost of program versus revenue generated through fees to assure rates are adequate. Recommend changes as appropriate.
