Hiring: Manager-PIM Integration Manager Company: Motion Location: Birmingham, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:55:44 Target Skills & Keywords : Kanban, Microsoft PowerPoint, Root Cause Analysis, SQL, Six Sigma About the job Required Skills: •Manages data requests in support of business processes, new product sales initiatives and mergers and acquisition. •Manages a team of PIM Data Analysts. •Serves as a key liaison between functional departments and suppliers or vendors. •Leverages key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PIM data quality and completeness and drives a system of actions to complete requests in accordance with service level agreements (SLA’s). •Identifies & implements opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality. •Partners with cross functional stakeholders to support business needs . •Follows all SOX / Audit compliance requirements. •Actively engages in continuous process improvement. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment with a strong focus on proactive problem solving & process improvement skills to resolve issues & provide a voice for system & process enhancements •Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, and experience with data BI tools, preferred •Understands data governance and control distribution of data points •Knowledge of workflow management techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Root Cause Analysis, etc •Powerful presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint design knowledge •The ability to lead a diverse team toward measurable results •Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, marketing or a related field, and five (5) or more years of managing data or related experience.
