Required Skills: •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external •Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills •Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment •Demonstrated capacity to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment •Develop and execute a comprehensive digital personalization strategy across web, mobile, and app platforms. •Own the strategy and execution of personalized product recommendations across key eCommerce surfaces (e.g., homepage, PDPs, cart, checkout, post-purchase). •Partner with data science, UX, and engineering teams to implement real-time personalization using customer data, browsing behavior, and purchase history. •Own the push notification program, including audience segmentation, message design, timing optimization, and performance analysis. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study required.
