Required Skills: •Lead onboarding for new client relationships and establish reporting, accounting, and operational processes. •Oversee accounting, cash management, payroll, and financial administration for individuals, trusts, partnerships, foundations, and related entities. •Review financial reports, reconciliations, and year-end reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of client service. •Support a range of family office activities, including gifting, charitable giving, and special financial projects. •Oversee bill pay, disbursements, and related controls to ensure accurate and timely processing. •Review reconciliations, resolve exceptions, and provide reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. •Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and coordinate seamlessly with wealth managers, tax preparers, attorneys, and other advisors. •Prepare client-ready materials, participate in meetings, and respond thoughtfully to requests across multiple relationships. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a multi-family office, family office, or related professional services environment. •Strong knowledge of accounting, cash management, investment reporting, and financial operations across complex entity structures. •Operational familiarity with trusts, estates, foundations, and partnerships, including related tax and reporting considerations. •Excellent communication, project management, and relationship management skills. •A high level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to exceptional client service. •CPA or prior public accounting experience preferred. •This role is expected to be in the office four days per week. •This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
