Required Skills: •Lead all aspects of the Temperature Control program across the Perishables Fulfillment Network. •Identify, initiate, and propose closure of corrective actions taken. •Provide input for preventive and corrective actions. •Provide technical mentorship on sanitation, temperature regulation, hygienic transport, and good distribution practices. •Conduct risk assessments for new and/or proposed activities, equipment, and products in and around the freezer. •Build SOPs and educational materials for ongoing food safety awareness and compliance. •Conduct internal audits of freezers to ensure food safety standards are met. •Investigate customer complaints and food safety incidents.
