Qualifications: •Influence and collaborate across departments. •Analyze issues and identify practical solutions. •Lead change and continuous improvement efforts. •Balance strategic thinking with operational execution. •Build trust and accountability within teams. •Demonstrated ability to Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, develop strong working relationships, and support a culture of continuous improvement in support of Operation Food Search's mission. •Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality systems, and warehouse/distribution operations. •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. •Bachelor's degree is preferred in Food Science, Public Health, Nutrition or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong knowledge of foodborne illnesses, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead training for diverse groups of volunteers and staff.
