Hiring: Manager of Investment Operations Company: Mercy Investment Services Location: Wentzville, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:00:07 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Required Skills: •Maintains primary responsibility for working with Finance and Administration and the program custodian to coordinate program cash flows, including monthly transactions, investment rebalancing, and investment manager transitions •Lead and oversee completion of operational documentation related to managers •Serves as primary investment liaison with program custodian •Implements portfolio structuring and manager and vendor selection decisions •Monitors external communications and ensures appropriate actions are taken (e.g., capital calls) •Oversees the organization and maintenance of investment-related documents, including incoming correspondence, reports and tax information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records •Coordinates the review and oversight of the organization’s securities lending program with the program custodian •Completes custodial requests for global tax-related documentation, oversees collectability, and recommends valuation adjustments, as needed Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance or a related field •At least five years of demonstrable related experience and/or training •Strong technical skills in investment operations management, including record keeping, performance and compliance •Commitment to socially responsible investing as a means of addressing social and environmental justice issues •Demonstrated personal integrity and a commitment to ethical principles together with a strong service and mission orientation, inherent compassion and sensitivity to issues of justice •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and/or independently on multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize responsibilities •Demonstrated capacity to work with various constituents (i.e., civic community, vendors, consultants, religious community members, staff and co‐workers) •Demonstrated sensitivity to and knowledge of cultural differences •Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe Acrobat. •Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field Compensation: •Maintains primary responsibility for private equity investment performance tracking and reporting Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
