The leader will bring accountability, structure, and measurable improvements to daily IT operations while developing a high-performing technical team. •Lead, coach, and assess help desk and systems administration staff, establishing clear ownership and developing team members into player-coaches. •Design, audit, and maintain a structured, automated, and audit-ready employee onboarding and offboarding framework with measurable KPIs for accuracy and efficiency. •Own the IT project roadmap, intake workflows, and prioritization process for cross-functional initiatives such as migrations, system rollouts, and security enhancements. •Evaluate help desk service level agreements (SLAs), ticket workflows, and team capacity to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive data-backed improvements. •Oversee the company-wide application authentication stance, access management standards, and disaster recovery processes for critical systems. •Partner closely with engineering, compliance, and departmental stakeholders on shared security initiatives and clear communication for complex technical changes. •Direct vendor relationships, evaluations, contracts, and renewals based on operational data and risk assessments. Qualifications: •Demonstrated track record of building operational systems, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable impact at scale. •Proven experience managing or leading IT help desk, systems administration, or technical operations teams. •Hands-on experience designing or managing structured employee onboarding and offboarding processes across departments. •Solid functional working knowledge of enterprise identity and access management, authentication standards, and disaster recovery planning.
