Reporting to the Director of Game Presentation, this role helps tell the story of every game and curate the strongest homecourt advantage in the league. •Serve as alternate Game Director for select LA Clippers home games as directed by senior leaders, calling show elements and cueing live production. •Actively facilitate and support ROS and scripts across all departments, and pre-game rehearsals to ensure every element is show ready. •Strategically drive development of breakthrough game day and event content that raises the bar on fan experience. •Support video shoots and content capture to keep the in-arena video board pipeline fresh and game-ready. •Assist the Game Director in overseeing in-game music production and the overall identity of the show. •Provide hands on leadership and mentorship to the Game Night Production Staff, setting the standard for show night execution. •Pioneer new show concepts and in-arena innovations, spotting opportunities across Game Presentation elements to amplify synergy and strengthen homecourt advantage.
