Qualifications: •Minimum of two years of relevant telecommunications, construction, technical operations, or leadership experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of fiber-optic plant design, construction, splicing, installation, or service delivery. •Operational familiarity with QA/QC practices for fiber deployment and customer installations. •Demonstrated capacity to manage personnel, contractors, priorities, and multiple active projects. •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work across departments and build productive working relationships. •Demonstrated capacity to travel within the assigned geographic area and work outside normal business hours when operationally necessary. •Leads with integrity, humility, and accountability. •Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. •Builds trust through communication, consistency, and teamwork.
