Required Skills: •General responsibility of the Electrical Construction Section Manager, overseeing all aspects of electrical construction activities. •Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules and milestones for all phases, including underground, building, electrical construction, commissioning, and completion. •Track project milestones and ensure timely execution of electrical systems. •Monitor progress, report deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays. •Perform milestone schedule updates, electrical system commissioning, and QA/QC tasks, while communicating adjustments to relevant teams. •Identify and assess potential scheduling risks. •Observe and address unforeseen scheduling conflicts or delays •Support engineering, construction teams, and contractors by implementing trackable construction KPIs, tracking logs, and holding subcontractors accountable for their actual progress. Qualifications: •Minimum: M.S.
