Required Skills: •Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of financial, accounting, and compliance consulting projects, with a primary focus on nonprofit organizations. •Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and supervision of engagements related to process improvement, operational assessments, compliance, and financial reporting. •Preparation of general ledger entries and financial statements •Month-end and year-end close processes •Audit readiness and support •Direct and participate in evaluations of Federal and State grant compliance, as well as other regulatory requirements. •Conduct operational and financial assessments of clients' grants management, finance functions, internal controls, and related policies and procedures. •Lead the development and implementation of financial and operational policies and procedures tailored to client needs.
