Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. •Proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail industry, with a track record of successfully leading new store openings and remodels. •Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders. •Analytical mindset with the capability to identify challenges and develop strategic solutions. •Willingness to travel frequently to project locations and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. •Operational familiarity with retail standards and best practices is highly desirable.
