Qualifications: •Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies and protocols. •Expert knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network management platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet). •Comprehensive expertise in OSI model networking (L1-L7), including the ability to support application access concerns for development teams. •Strong troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of protocol analyzers, change management, and network monitoring tools. •Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining focus and efficiency. •Capacity to thrive under pressure, responding to high-stakes situations effectively and professionally. •Proven experience in designing scalable network services while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs). •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
