Hiring: Manager, Multi Tenant Sales Representative , NYC Company: Spectrum Location: Woodside, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:32:05 About the job Required Skills: •Manage the daily operation of the Residential, Multi-Tenant Sales department to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals. •Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience •Lead and oversee meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals and yield targets •Supervise all Multi-Tenant Sales staff. •Monitor the payroll process and ensure that all commissions are calculated properly •Recruit, interview, hire, train and guide Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners. •Support of Multi-Tenant Sales team will consist of approximately 80% office work and 20% field work •Communicate with sales staff all current market offers and ensure sales staff compliance with offer use and strategy.
