Required Skills: •Manage and continuously enhance the rewards, benefits, merchandise, collectibles, and experiences available to Regal loyalty and subscription members. •Oversee the Reward Center lifecycle, including sourcing, launches, inventory management, fulfilment, replenishment, and retirement of rewards. •Build and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, licensors, fulfilment partners, and partners to expand member offerings. •Analyze redemption activity, member feedback, performance metrics, and marketplace trends to optimize rewards and experiences. •Partner cross-functionally with Loyalty Strategy, Marketing, Film, Operations, Technology, Finance, Creative, Analytics and Guest Services teams to deliver seamless member experiences. Qualifications: •Bring 4–6 years of experience in loyalty, customer engagement, merchandising, e-commerce, experiential marketing, vendor management, or a related field. •Have experience managing products, rewards, benefits, events, inventory, fulfilment operations, or customer engagement programs. •Demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills while balancing multiple priorities. •Possess excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. •Ideally have experience supporting loyalty, rewards, subscription, or membership programs within entertainment, retail, hospitality, or another consumer-facing industry. •Be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire.
