Required Skills: •Once a week in the Alpharetta office •Define, maintain, and evolve MarTech architecture standards, principles, integration patterns, and governance frameworks across Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, Analytics, Web, and customer engagement platforms. •Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight for complex, high-impact, and cross-platform initiatives. •Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, compliance, scalability, reliability, and operational standards. •Drive platform modernization, optimization, technical debt reduction, and long-term sustainability across the MarTech ecosystem. •Serve as the senior technical authority for architecture decisions, technical escalations, and cross-platform challenges. •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists while fostering a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. •Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology leaders to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and strategic roadmaps. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. •10 +years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, marketing technology, or related technical disciplines. •Demonstrated expertise in enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based technologies. •Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills. •Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies and execution plans. •An advanced degree or equivalent specialized MarTech certifications is preferred •Certifications in cloud, architecture, or relevant technology platforms.
