The MDM Will Have Responsibility For Developing And Executing Marketing And Business Development Programs In Two Distinct Areas, As Follows •Specific Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Co-develop and implement litigation business development plans with practice group leadership consistent with the firm’s strategic initiatives. •Lead the Litigation area Directory Submissions including Chambers USA, Legal 500 and respective Law360 and AmLaw specials. Maintain Litigation experience •Partner cross-functionally with lawyers to execute business development activities and plans, using resources across the firms’ marketing network. •Work closely with the Pitch & Proposal team and lawyers to prepare RFP responses, write proposals, and create presentations for new business. •Manage business development process and pipeline on behalf of the practice area. •In collaboration with the events team, plan seminars, conferences and other firm-sponsored events. Take primary responsibility for program planning, audience development and directing lead follow-up. Seek opportunities for strategic collaboration with outside organizations.
