Required Skills: •Implement maintenance and engineering strategies to assure operational reliability consistent with the needs of the operational facility and to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assets. •Accountable for key Maintenance performance metrics including work order completion and machine reliability. •Support equipment feasibility studies and makes recommendations for investment; implements capital expenditure projects and is accountable for payback expectations. •Support Operations Leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. •Execute the annual financial plan and monitor performance within planned budget. •Design, develop, and manage capital projects to enhance efficiencies, improve performance, and meet growth plans, including defining the scope of work, budget, schedule and responsibilities. •Develop and execute site’s preventative maintenance program. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional leaders to implement capital investment projects to drive operational excellence. Qualifications: •Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of workers, environment and site •Knowledge of day-to-day and strategic issues, operational requirements and management of a manufacturing facility •Knowledge of the physical environment and full spectrum of activities for managing and maintaining physical facilities and infrastructure •Knowledge of tools and techniques for preventing and addressing theft of assets, theft of information, vandalism, sabotage and other threats to a manufacturing facility •Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing, including its safe usage, maintenance and storage •Knowledge of technologies and applications used in manufacturing products and in the optimization of manufacturing processes •Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting with time also spent in an office setting •Frequent walking and standing required •Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. •Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
