Hiring: Manager, Logistics Company: Health in Motion, LLC Location: Norco, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:07:20 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Shopify About the job Required Skills: •Manages the day-to-day relationship with Centr's 3PL warehouse provider(s), serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues. •Oversees receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes at the 3PL to ensure they meet Centr's standards. •Partners with the 3PL on inventory control practices, including cycle counts and row counts, to maintain accurate stock records. •Monitors stock levels across warehouse locations and flags replenishment needs before they become stockouts. •Oversees order fulfillment across DTC/e-commerce and/or B2B channels, ensuring orders ship accurately and on time. •Manages the returns/RMA process, working with the 3PL to process returns efficiently and resolve discrepancies. •3PL performance management •Tracks and reports on 3PL performance against key metrics: order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping cost. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control processes. •Track record managing 3PL performance against order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping cost metrics. •Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ERP experience preferred, ideally with Shopify, Amazon, and/or EDI connections. •People management experience, with strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
