A minimum of 2 years of experience in LNG. Required Skills: •This position will report to the Director of Regulatory Compliance. •Development, implementation, and maintaining the PQ Regulatory Compliance Program •Serve as the subject matter expert in Regulatory areas concerning LNG Operations; Specifically, for PHMSA, FERC, and USCG requirements. •Leads the regulatory compliance assurance program necessary for Federal, State, and Local audits. •Performs internal compliance assurance activities in coordination with applicable stakeholders in preparation of routine Federal, State, and Local audits or inspections •Support and participate in Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agency site audits and inspections. •Reviews external state and federal agency audit findings and provides recommendations to internal procedures and/or compliance manuals. •Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability or risks and provides reports to Supervisor and other LNG business stakeholders. Qualifications: •Must be proficient in LNG Facility Regulations including, but not limited to, 49 CFR 193, 33 CFR 127, NFPA 59A, and ASME B31.3. •Must maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing status. •Extensive experience managing regulatory dialogue in the US and working closely with US regulatory agencies, especially FERC and PHMSA. •Corporate or consulting experience in designing and implementing compliance programs preferred.
