Required Skills: •Rocket Lab’s Supply Chain team is responsible for the flow of all materials, products, and components through the business. •Based onsite at Rocket Lab’s Middle River, MD facility, the Manager of Inventory and Logistics leads a team responsible for inventory controls & the daily execution activities of expediting, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and local dispatch across our east coast operations. •Direct a team of people responsible for inventory management, material handling, and shipping and receiving across several sites on the east coast. •Lead and oversee implementing systems and processes, to manage bar-coding and bin locations for inventory management. •Lead and oversee inventory planning and kitting process, to deliver materials line-side to production cells. •Lead and oversee ensuring inventory accuracy and cycle counts are meeting Finance requirements. •Lead and oversee ensuring shipping and receiving processes are in place and support procure to pay process. •Lead and oversee receiving Inspection, to ensure parts meet specifications. Qualifications: •8+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience (12+ years of total work experience).
