Required Skills: •Reporting to the Project Director, the Integration Manager will have overall responsibility for implementing and maintaining the project execution integration program. •This position will also be responsible for the functional ownership of integration leads, project coordinators, and other assigned project execution support personnel, including their recruitment, onboarding, assignments, mentoring, and development while working closely with Project Directors, functional leads, and project teams. •Lead and oversee the overall project execution integration program in close cooperation with internal Aecon teams, clients, partners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure a collective focus on execution goals. •Provide oversight and assignment of integration leads, project coordinators, and project execution support personnel responsible for work package development, execution support, closeout, and reporting. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline. •Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred. •Sound knowledge of engineering principles and processes associated with nuclear generation facilities. •Detailed understanding of the importance of Quality Assurance Programs and their significance to the nuclear industry. •Solid functional working knowledge of NRC requirements, NQA-1 quality programs, and nuclear regulatory environments preferred. •Construction Work Package assembly, execution, and closeout experience. •Manufacturing, modularization, fabrication, or site construction experience. •Team management and problem-solving mindset with a significant nuclear scope background. •Demonstrated capacity to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams in a matrix organization. •Demonstrated capacity to handle all matters in a confidential and professional manner.
