Required Skills: •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. •Drive day-to-day manufacturing execution to ensure operational targets related to safety, quality, output, and cycle time are consistently achieved. •Establish workforce plans, staffing models, and skill development strategies to support evolving manufacturing requirements. •Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify process gaps, resolve technical challenges, and improve manufacturing performance. •Champion the development and execution of technician training, certification, and qualification programs. •Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, and equipment utilization. •Lead shift operations and resource allocation activities to ensure effective coverage and support of production priorities. •Foster standardized work practices and operational discipline across all shifts and manufacturing areas. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related STEM field. •Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational or technical challenges in a fast-paced production environment. •Solid functional working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. •Prior leadership experience managing technicians, operators, or manufacturing teams. •Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), manufacturing KPIs, and factory performance management. •Operational familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), automated production environments, and data-driven manufacturing. •We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
