Required Skills: •Manager, Human Resources •As the Manager, Human Resources you will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the business goals of the facility and the Arcwood organization. This role will be a key partner to both the Human Resources team and the facility Plant Manager. •Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times •Collaborates with site and senior leadership to develop human resources strategies that support broader business objectives; serves as a thought partner to Plant Manager on key personnel issues or changes •Partners with human resources team to develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning employment •Addresses, mediates and resolves employee issues to promote a positive and productive work environment •Monitors employee records and assists in all employee corrective action procedures as needed •Conducts and documents employee exit interviews; identifies trends and implements initiatives for retention improvement Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration or a related field (required) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
