Hiring: Manager, HRIS & People Analytics Company: Chesapeake Regional Healthcare Location: Chesapeake, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:22:00 Target Skills & Keywords : Design System About the job Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support overall direction and strategy of the people systems and information management. •Oversee planning and implementation of people system changes; gather and document requirements, design system specifications, and work with vendors, IT, and stakeholders to meet deliverables. •Ensure optimal configuration and data integrity of all people systems (i.e. applicant tracking, HCM, employee health, time & attendance), monitor performance, and troubleshoot as needed. •Oversee testing, documentation, and implementation for system upgrades, conversions, and/or interfaces. •Partner with department team members to develop job aids and training materials to support new systems, upgrades, and/or ongoing training initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with system stakeholders on areas for continuous process improvement in the efficient/effective use of technology tools, gathering of workforce data, as well as reporting and analytics. •Develop standardized processes and procedures for collection, maintenance, and purging of workforce data. •Create and maintain reporting and analytics structure, establishing standard reports as self-service options, ensuring integrity and accuracy of data for decision support and compliance reporting.
