Experience with HR analytics and/or HRIS data management preferred. •1-2 years of experience of people management. Required Skills: •: Oversees HR Specialist and Senior HR Analyst •Oversees day‑to‑day administration of compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions. •Oversee compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manages escalations. •Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of job data, salary details, and compensation components. •Provides guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent, equitable, and aligned with company policies. •Maintains onboarding modules and templates within internal systems, ensuring content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with government standards. •Oversees data integrity in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all HR data sources. •Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance when necessary. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field. •Professional Human Resources certification preferred.
