Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security program in compliance with 32 CFR 117 and other applicable regulations and guidelines. •Oversee the security practices of contractors and subcontractors working at the facility, ensuring they adhere to security requirements and comply with contractual obligations. •Obtain and maintain the necessary security clearances for the facility and personnel as required by government regulations and contracts. •Conduct regular security assessments, including physical security, personnel security, and cybersecurity assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. •Provide guidance and support team members by helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential. •Enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized personnel have access to the facility, sensitive information, and classified materials. •Develop and deliver security training programs for facility personnel to raise awareness on security regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. •Implement procedures for responding to security incidents, conducting investigations, and reporting incidents to appropriate authorities as required by regulation. Qualifications: •Active Top Secret Security Clearance Required. •Completion of CDSE/STEPP Curriculum: FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (ISO30.CU). •Minimal travel required (<10%) to attend trainings, seminars, security conferences or other site visits. •Direct experience and knowledge of 32 CFR 117, DoD Manuals, SEAD, ISLs, and ICD/ICS with the ability to manage a NISP in support of DoD Classified Programs. •Proficient in the build, accreditation, and management of Open Storage Areas. •NBIS, DISS, and NISS fluency. •Aptitude to work independently and lead a team. •Adept in multi-tasking and prioritizing goals in a high-speed environment.
