Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person university/college. •Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills and experience with commissions/incentive compensation systems or other financial systems •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with executive level professionals within and outside of Finance. •Proven track record in recruiting, training, and managing finance staff. •Demonstrated capacity to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a high transactional environment. •Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and analytical thinking. •MBA degree preferred. •The ideal candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills with a record of accomplishment working successfully with both financial and non-finance professionals. •An analytical business background, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and high attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
