Hiring: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Strategy and Continuous Improvement Company: Eaton Location: Moon, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 14:23:20 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Elasticsearch, Financial Planning, Microsoft Excel, Six Sigma About the job Required Skills: •Oversee and execute the strategic planning and forecasting process, directing business units toward defined financial targets and ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization. •Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders based on data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and business knowledge. •Create and deliver compelling presentations and narratives that communicate complex financial information clearly and influence decision-making. •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. •Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, supply chain, and other functions to align financial goals and support strategic growth initiatives. •Lead continuous improvement efforts across the newly implemented ES-A Finance operating model, further enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and optimization of FP&A and Business Finance processes following the Finance Transformation. •Identify, prioritize, and manage a pipeline of process-improvement initiatives; apply Lean / Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving to standardize, streamline, and automate planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. •Drive standard work, playbooks, and benchmarks across the function to drive consistency and scalability in the future-state. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field •Minimum ten (10) years of finance experience •Minimum two (2) years of FP&A experience partnering with business leaders on strategic planning •Prior experience driving continuous improvement and process-optimization initiatives •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future •No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of facility will be considered.
