Emotional resilience to deal with the aftermath of safety incidents and injuries, while continuing to promote a culture of safety. •Reports To: Vice President, Safety & Risk Management •Deliver safety training sessions for field personnel, including hazard recognition, PPE usage, and emergency procedures. •Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and update materials as necessary. •Deliver commercial driver training and perform road test examinations for DOT and CDL drivers. •Maintain accurate records of safety training and certifications. •Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards, assess risk levels, and recommend corrective actions. •Lead safety audits and work with supervisors to ensure compliance with safety standards. •Conduct gate checks for DVIR compliance. •Stay up-to-date on current safety regulations and industry standards.
