Required Skills: •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Engineers supporting transmission line and substation construction projects. •Assign field engineering resources based on project priorities, schedules, and workload. •Provide technical guidance on construction methods, engineering drawings, specifications, and design intent. •Support project teams during planning, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities. •Review and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs), field design issues, constructability concerns, and engineering deviations. •Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Safety teams to ensure successful project execution. •Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, client requirements, and company standards. •Support management of engineering changes, document control, and as-built documentation. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. •Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience. •In-depth knowledge of transmission line and substation construction practices. •Knowledge of construction quality management, change management, and field engineering processes. •Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common construction/project management software. •Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required. •Operational familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar project management platforms. •OSHA 30 certification or equivalent construction safety training.
