Qualifications: •Proven experience successfully leading complex engineering projects, defining functional requirements, or directly managing engineering personnel. •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics Engineering, or a related technical field. •Expert-level knowledge of automation, discrete event simulation, python scripting, material flow planning, 2D and 3D factory CAD systems. •Direct experience managing or driving highly automated, high-throughput "lights-out" manufacturing initiatives in an industrial setting. •Hands-on familiarity with metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) and the unique automation challenges of powder-bed fusion or advanced post-processing operations. •VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package.
